Kleknutí karty frakce v tomto případě není cenou efektu (nejde o formulaci udělej X, aby Y). Pokud je Nelítostný útok zrušen, karta frakce se nepokleká a může být použita pro jiný efekt (dokonce i pro zahrání další kopie Nelítostného útoku pro tu samou výzvu, pokud ji máte na ruce).
