Imunita pro Brana Starka jednak znamená, že nemůže být vybrán jako cíl pro efekt plánu, a zároveň na něj plány nemají žádný vliv. Na několika příkladech: 
Pokud je mistr Luwin na stole s Branem, na Brana nefunguje Valar Morghulis. 
Pokud je odhalen Útok divokým ohněm, musí jeho kontrolor vybrat tři postavy, které efekt plánu přežijí. Bran NESMÍ být mezi vybranými postavami. Následně na něj ale divoký oheň nemá vliv, takže hráči zůstanou tři zvolené postavy A Bran (bez ohledu na to, jestli Mistr Luwin oba plány přežije či nikoliv).
Pokud je odhaleno Putování na Zeď, Bran nemůže být vybrán pro efekt plánu. Na Zeď tedy musí být poslána jiná postava.
Všechny tyto postupy fungují, pokud se jedná o SOUPEŘŮV plán. Vůči vlastním plánům Bran imunní není.
