Pokud efekt zabíjí více postav najednou, na smrt každé z nich může catelyn reagovat zvlášť. takže pokud například divoký oheň zabije dvě postavy, Catelyn Stark může získat dva žetony moci. Pokud zahynou postavy tři, Catelyn získá také dva žetony moci, protože její schopnost má limit. Její schopnost je reakce, takže ona sama musí tento efekt přežít. Jestliže je tedy mezi postavami zabitými například Valarem nebo divokým ohněm, její reakce se nespustí, protože v okamžiku, kdy by se spustit mohla, je už Catelyn na hromádce mrtvých.
